I have to admit, I take the easy way out! I am sure there are more professional ways to do it, but I only plan to wear the dress one night iand/i it was only $4! divbr //divdivFirst, I figured out how short I wanted it and just cut the bottom. There was no need to hem the bottom with this material. Second, I put the dress on inside out and then pinned it to fit. Next, I VERY carefully took it off and sewed it up. For those of you without a sewing machine...before I learned how to use my machine, I did do this by hand.
