You may remember a while ago I posted a href="/2011/11/diy-inspiration-neon-block-heels.html"here/a about a pair of amazing neon block colour heels I spotted at a collection preview eveing, which turned out to be Nicholas Kirkwood for a href="http://www.net-a-porter.com/Shop/Designers/Roksanda_Ilincic/All"Roksanda Ilincic/a S/S12. Tape the edges of the heel of the shoe so that none of the spray paint gets on the rest of the shoe.br /2. Do a light coat of white spraypaint as the base and then follow with the neon yellow.br /3. Leave to dry.br /4.
