There's no time like the present to start wearing wetsuit inspired dresses, tops, leggings and a host of other neoprene pieces. Although I can't help but think this whole 'surf luxe' trend is one of the more ridiculous S/S12 looks, the super tight fabric makes for perfect body contouring. If you live somewhere moderately warm this is best kept for those trans-seasonal nights - but not so good for high summer.br /br /Of course, it wouldn't be a trend worth a second look unless there were possible DIYs.nbsp; I'll be hunting in my local thrift store to find some secondhand wetsuits - and then cutting and embellishing them to look like some of the pieces below. You could also check out your local Target or Walmart and pick up a rash vest to cut out and embellish.
